Our Stylists

All of our Stylists are highly qualified and go through an extensive training program before being promoted to level 1. We also do several on site and out of town educational events yearly. However, some stylists have a higher demand on their time than others, and their level and prices reflect that.

Your hair is the one accessory you don’t take off, so it should look great with any outfit and in all seasons. Our stylists are highly trained and committed to giving our guests unsurpassed customer service and great styles every time they come in.

Our Policies

1. It is our desire to fully satisfy each of our guests but sometimes there are things that need to be “tweaked.” We fully guarantee our work up to a full week after the service is done. If more than a week goes by, we will have to charge if any changes are wanted. 

2. We ask that you give a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. This allows the stylists to fill in their time with another guest

3. We realize that life can be unpredictable and that “no shows” happen. The first one is understandable. The second one makes us think you might not care. If more than two “no shows” occur, we will require your credit card information before booking another appointment and your card will be charged the full service price.

4. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call the salon to find a time that better fits your schedule. We want to give our guests only the best and when our time is limited, it doesn’t insure that you are able to receive the best.
